cancellation, reschedule, & refund policy

we prioritize clarity and respect for everyone’s time.
this page explains how cancellations and reschedules work for runs, rentals, and training,


policy at a glance

  • cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time
  • late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable
  • court rentals follow a tiered refund structure
  • all cancellations require cancelation on the client portal and within 3 hours of the requested service (training, court rentals, open runs, etc.)
  • tardiness does not extend session time
  • late reschedules may incur a fee

this policy applies to open runs, court rentals, and all player development services, unless otherwise stated.


CANCELLATION RULES

to keep scheduling fair and ensure court availability for all athletes, atlas hoops maintains the following cancellation and refund policy.

all cancellations can be made by going to the atlas client portal.

court cancellations

cancellations are permitted at any time; however, refunds are issued based on how far in advance the cancellation is made:

  • full refund for cancellations made 48+ hours before the reservation start time
  • 50% refund for cancellations made 25–47 hours before the reservation start time
  • no refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation start time

court late cancellations & no-shows

any cancellation made less than 2 hours before your training start time, or any noshow, is nonrefundable.

this policy helps prevent last-minute disruptions and keeps court availability fair for all customers.

player development services

player development services (small group training, private training) can be rescheduled more than 2 hours before the start of the training session, via our client portal.
any rescheduled times less than 2 hours before the start of the session will incur a $25 rescheduling fee.

open runs

to receive a full refund, cancellations must:

  • be completed inside the client portal
  • be made at least 2 hours before the run

late cancellations, no-shows, or cancellations outside the system are not refundable.

note

all cancellations must be completed through the client portal.
we do not accept cancellations via text, DM, phone, or email.

clients are responsible for managing their reservations through their account prior to the cancellation deadline.
failure to cancel or reschedule through the portal before the deadline will result in forfeiture of the session or applicable late cancellation fee.

If you experience technical issues with the portal, you must notify us before your scheduled session time.


rescheduling rules & fees

for all player development, court rentals, and open run spots, rescheduling is allowed up to 2 hours before the start of your reservation.

player development services

player development services (small group training, private training) can be rescheduled more than 2 hours before the start of the training session, via our client portal.
any rescheduled times less than 2 hours before the start of the session will incur a $25 rescheduling fee.

court rentals

all court rental (taro half court, ube half court, halo-halo full court, birthday parties) can be rescheduled more than 2 hours before the start of your court reservation, via our client portal.
any rescheduled times less than 2 hours before the start of the session will incur a $50 rescheduling fee.

open runs

reschedule requests made within less than 2 hours of the run start time will incur a $15 rescheduling fee.

open run reschedule requests can be made >2 hours:
1) by canceling your reservation, via the client portal.
2) emailing us with the subject line “open run reschedule”

both items are required for your reservation to be rescheduled.

note

all reschedules must be completed through the client portal.

managing court rental, small group, & private training sessions

all court rentals, small group training, & private training sessions can be managed by logging onto the client portal.


tardiness policy

tardiness for court rentals, player development services, and open runs does not result in an extension of service duration.

sessions begin and end at their scheduled times to remain fair to all participants.


owner cancellation disclaimer

reservations may be canceled at the discretion of the owner.

if a reservation is canceled by atlas hoops, the booking will always receive a full refund, regardless of timing.
