the whole gym is yours for the block. no public traffic, no shared courts, no strangers walking through.
kids’ birthday parties
ages is the sweet spot. court, speaker, and the matted area for cake and presents. bring your own decor.
teen & young adult parties
15–22 and we’ve hosted plenty. same setup, less supervision, more actual basketball.
team parties & parent-kid nights
travel, school, and club teams running an end-of-season scrimmage night with the families.
corporate team-building
bracket it and run it — office tournaments, coach-led drills, full-floor games. we’ve run these end to end.
church & youth groups

the season, plainly.
we don’t book parties year-round, and we’d rather tell you why than waste your time.

outside party season the floor gets hot enough that nobody enjoys the party — so we don’t sell you one.
block 04 · before you book
four numbers to know.
no surprises at checkout. this is the whole shape of the deal.
30 min setup + of party + 30 min cleanup. book longer and the party grows, not the overhead.

what a party costs.
halo-halo full court — the entire floor, both hoops. every reservation includes 30 min setup and 30 min cleanup, so the party time below is what you actually get.
the starter block — tight party, 10–20 kids. out of pocket, of it comes back.
the sweet spot — room to hoop, eat, and open presents without a clock in your ear. out of pocket, of it comes back.
the full afternoon — for the party that turns into a tournament. out of pocket, of it comes back.
how you pay · two invoices
the deposit is — it is not deducted from the rental. .

pay invoice 1
the deposit holds the date. we confirm by text within 4 hours.
send a headcount
rough guest number 7 days out. tells us how much seating to set.
invoice 2 + waivers
the court rental is . every guest on the floor signs the athlete waiver — forward that link with your invite and you’ll save 30 minutes at the door.
show up and host
your reservation starts at your setup time, not your party time — the gate code in your confirmation text works from minute one.
