- $200 refundable deposit holds your date
- balance due 72 hours before via invoice
- 3% processing fee on credit card payments
- incomplete payment may cancel reservation
- players under 18 require guardian waiver
- minors supervised at all times
- all first-time guests sign waiver before court

all players complete the general liability waiver before stepping on the court. no waiver = no entry.
setup, party time, and cleanup all come from your reserved block. the clock starts when your block starts.
food, drinks, and decor go in the designated black matted area on the ube side — not on the court surface.

all food, decor, and personal items must be removed by the end of your block for full deposit refund.
