how to cancel or change a booking.
Open the one that matches what you booked. Each has a short video and the steps in writing.
Open runs & academy cancel or reschedule · 1 min
In writing: open the Events tab in the panel, find the run, and use Cancel or Reschedule on that booking. Reschedule releases your current spot and lets you pick a new one.

In writing: open the Appointments tab, find the booking, and choose Reschedule. Check your new time is open before you confirm — releasing your slot does not hold another one.

In writing: open the Appointments tab, find the booking, and choose Cancel. What you get back depends on how far out you are — the policy below has the exact terms.
Some bookings can’t be refunded, and each type has its own deadline to cancel or change. Cancel late or don’t show up, and you may lose the session or pay a fee.

Heads up: memberships start with a 3-month commitment. Cancel during it and your cancellation simply takes effect after your third billing cycle — billing and access run through the commitment, and you’re never charged beyond it. After that, cancel by the 25th to skip the next charge. Need a pause? Text us — handled case by case.
