the enforcers homework lab
ten drills across september.
each one drops, you have three days to film it and put it in your drive folder, and your coach has it graded two days after that.
the work between sessions is the work that separates.
an enforcer pushes the standard — including when nobody is watching.
homework is full-month only
the homework lab, the leaderboard and award eligibility come with the full-month lane.
day-pass and drop-in athletes train in the gym and are not graded or ranked.
four steps, ten times
- watch the walkthrough — every drill has a video and a coach cue
- film your rep — one clean take is enough, phone camera is fine
- drop it in your drive folder — before 11:59 pm pt on the due date
- your coach grades it — two days later, with written feedback
late work is not graded. the window is three days on purpose — it is short enough to keep the rep fresh and long enough to fit around a school week.
the calendar
no drill ever drops on a session night.
week one runs wednesday the 9th and friday the 11th — labor day closes the gym on monday the 7th.
enter your access code
the drill slate and the upload links are for enrolled full-month athletes.
your code is in your welcome email — one code, the whole phase.
day pass or drop-in? homework is full-month only — the full month is $149.
the leaderboard
attendance, streaks, the connector and homework all score into one number.
it updates through the month and it is the same number the champions wall reads from.
the board goes live once the september workbook is published. not connected yet — B12 #5, workbook id and feed still to be set.
what counts
- one denominator for every drill in the phase — equal effort earns equal points
- due is 11:59 pm pt, three days after the drop. not the next morning.
- film the whole rep. a clip that starts mid-drill cannot be graded.
- your coach’s feedback is written, not a score alone
- homework points feed the leaderboard and the leaderboard feeds the awards
