the enforcers homework lab
ten drills across september. each one drops, you have three days to film it and put it in your drive folder, and your coach has it graded two days after that. the work between sessions is the work that separates.
an enforcer pushes the standard — including when nobody is watching.
the (home)work lab is full-month only
the (home)work lab, leaderboard, and awards are for full-month registration athletes only. single session, single-day, and weekly drop-in athletes train in the gym and are not graded or ranked.
watch. record. upload.
three steps, about
fifteen minutes a drill.
same routine all ten times.
watch
open the card, watch the walkthrough, read the coach cue. the cue tells you exactly what earns points.
record
film from the angle shown on the card. whole body in frame, decent light, phone camera is fine. one clean take beats ten rushed ones.
upload
name the file FirstName_HW## and put it in your athlete’s drive folder before 11:59 pm pt on the due date.
Marcus_HW01.mov
first name, underscore, drill number. that is the whole rule. a folder of IMG_4471 files cannot be graded, and a file your coach cannot match to an athlete does not score.
what counts
- every drill is graded out of 100 — on submission, completion and accuracy
- due is 11:59 pm pt, exactly three days after the drop. not the next morning.
- late work is not graded. the window is three days on purpose — short enough to keep the rep fresh, long enough to fit around a school week.
- one denominator for every drill in the phase — equal effort earns equal points
- film the whole rep. a clip that starts mid-drill cannot be graded.
- one take is fine. we are grading the work, not the production.
- your coach’s feedback is written, not a score alone
- homework points feed the leaderboard, and the leaderboard feeds the awards
the calendar
no drill ever drops on a session night. week one runs wednesday the 9th and friday the 11th — labor day closes the gym on monday the 7th.
the (home)work leaderboard
attendance, streaks, the connector and homework all score into one number. it moves through the month and it is the same number the champions wall reads from on september 30.
showing up is worth 10 points a session, with bonuses at three, five and seven in a row and 25 for all eight. the connector is 25 a nomination, one rookie and one rotation every session. the championship on september 30 is 20 for playing and 10 more for winning it.
the first drills are graded by tuesday, september 15 — standings go up once there is something real on them. nothing is being hidden; there is just nothing to show yet.
full-month and single-month athletes are ranked. single session, single-day and weekly drop-in athletes have their attendance tracked but do not have access to (home)work and the drills, are not graded, and are not ranked on the leaderboard.
enter your access code
the (home)work assembly line and the upload links are for enrolled full-month athletes. your code is in your welcome email — one code, the whole phase.
day pass or drop-in? the homework lab is full-month only, and full-month registration closed monday, september 7. you can still train — the drop-in lanes are open.
ask before the due date
if a drill is not clear, message us before 11:59 pm on the due date. we would rather answer a question than grade a rep that missed the point.
october opens wednesday, september 23
october information and registration go live wednesday, september 23 — a session night, so we will tell you on the floor too. on the recurring membership? you roll straight into october, nothing to do. single month? you re-register, and this page is where you hear first.
eight sessions, same time, doors 5:15. the phase name, the pillars and the pricing land on the 23rd.
