not a camp. a real system.
athletes earn progression. coaches measure it. parents see it.
what it is
a structured, year-round development program organised into month-long evolution phases. every month has a written curriculum, a theme, and badges to earn.
the same staff who run private training run the academy. it is not the b-team.
✓
year-round, twice-weekly programming against a written curriculum — not a drill sheet invented that morning.
✓
monthly phases, each modelled on an nba era and the skills that era demanded.
✓
skill assessments and digital badges that travel with the athlete, year over year.
—
not a travel team, a tournament club, or a tryout. no politics. it makes your athlete better for whatever team they already play on.
phases. nba eras.
each phase is a month-long block built around an era and the skills it rewarded. athletes move through the ladder as the year runs.

only one weeknight to spare? that still works.
A day pass puts your athlete in the September phase on one weeknight instead of two — same coaches, same labs, same standard on the floor. $20 a session, either way.
September has four Wednesdays and three Mondays, so the price follows the session count. The two lanes are not the same size this month — here is exactly what each one reaches.

no. it’s a year-round system organised into month-long phases, with a written curriculum, twice-weekly sessions and graded progression. a camp ends; this doesn’t.

/month runs on a -month commitment — sessions a month, the homework portal, badges, and member pricing on private and small group. the commitment enforces gently — cancel early and it takes effect after the third billing cycle, never an extra charge. prefer no commitment? a single month is — one-time, no auto-renew — with private and small group at standard rates.
yes — the archive on this page keeps every completed phase: its era, its skill focus, and its champions. and everything your own athlete earned lives permanently in the client portal.
starting at a phase break is cleaner, since the curriculum is sequenced — but athletes join mid-phase regularly. the homework portal carries the drills already covered so they catch up quickly.
sessions don’t roll over — the curriculum is sequenced. the homework portal carries the full drill set so they can catch up before the next session.
no. the academy is a development program — it makes your athlete better for whatever team they play on. no tryouts, no travel, no politics.
memberships: cancel by the 25th of the month — through the client portal, by text, or by email. during the first 3 months, a cancellation takes effect after the third billing cycle (you’re never charged beyond the commitment); after that it’s month-to-month. single months don’t renew, so there’s nothing to cancel. missed sessions aren’t credited or made up, and mid-month cancellations aren’t prorated — access runs through the end of the paid month.
