not a camp.
a real system.

magic, pace, and the no-look pass.

Phase 03 is modeled on the 80s “Showtime” Lakers — Magic, Worthy, Kareem, transition basketball at 100 mph. Pass first. Run always. Make the right play before the defense knows it’s coming. The pace phase, the passing phase, the joy-of-the-game phase.

questions

parents ask.
we answer.

What ages do you accept? +
Ages 7–14. We place athletes into Rookie Lab (7–9) or Rotation Lab (10–14) by age and skill. If your athlete sits on the line, do a $25 drop-in and we’ll place them right.
How does the $129/month membership work? +
The $129/month membership runs on a 3-month commitment — 8 sessions per month (2× weekly), both labs, the homework portal, badges, and member pricing on private + small group. Prefer no commitment? A single month is $149, month-to-month — academy sessions included, private and small group training at standard rates.
What if my athlete misses a session? +
Sessions don’t roll over — they’re part of a sequenced curriculum. If your athlete misses one, the homework portal has the full drill set so they can catch up before the next session.
Is ABA a travel team or tournament club? +
No. ABA is a development system. We focus on the skills, IQ, and habits that travel with the athlete onto whatever team they play for — school, club, or rec.
What is a “phase”? +
Each month is built around an NBA era and the skill priorities of that style. May 2026 was 3-Peat Training — mid-range, footwork, team execution. June 2026 is Showtime — pace, passing, transition.
Can I sit in and watch? +
Always. We have a parent area with sightlines to both ends of the court. We don’t run “closed sessions” — accountability is part of the program.
