how to cancel or reschedule
all cancellations and reschedule requests require two steps to be considered valid. both steps must be completed before the applicable deadline. completing only one step does not constitute a valid cancellation or reschedule, and the booking will remain active and subject to the applicable policy.
two-step process — all services
step 1 — client portal
log in to the atlas hoops client portal at atlashoops702.com/client-portal/ and cancel or reschedule your booking directly. this step must be completed first. portal changes are timestamped and serve as the official record of your request.
step 2 — email confirmation
send an email to
[email protected] with the subject line: “cancellation — [your name] — [service] — [date]” or “reschedule — [your name] — [service] — [date]”. include your booking details and the reason for the change. your request is not confirmed until both steps are complete.
cancellations or reschedule requests submitted only through the portal or only by email — but not both — will not be processed as valid. the portal timestamp governs the timing of your request for refund eligibility purposes.
we do not accept cancellations or reschedule requests via text message, direct message on any platform, or phone call. requests through those channels will not be processed.
if you experience a verified technical failure with the client portal, you must notify us at [email protected] before your scheduled session start time. your email must describe the technical issue in detail. failure to notify us before your session will result in the booking being treated as a no-show.
what happens if you miss the deadline
session forfeiture
failure to cancel or reschedule through the portal before the applicable deadline results in forfeiture of the session. no credit, refund, or make-up session will be issued.
late cancellation fee
for services with a late cancellation fee (see fee schedule), the fee will be charged to the payment method on file or deducted from the applicable pass balance.
repeated violations
three or more no-shows or late cancellations within a 60-day period may result in temporary or permanent booking restrictions at the sole discretion of atlas hoops management.

open run policy
open runs (“the loop”) are capped at 15 players per session. because every spot withheld by a late cancellation or no-show may prevent another athlete from attending, this policy is strictly enforced.
cancellation deadlines
full refund
cancel at least 3 hours before the scheduled run start time through the client portal to receive a full refund or pass credit.
no refund
cancellations made less than 3 hours before the run start time are non-refundable. the session is considered forfeited.
no-show
failure to appear without canceling through the portal is a no-show. no-shows are non-refundable and the session will be deducted from your pass balance.
pass credits
if you cancel a run with a valid pass and the cancellation is made at least 3 hours before start (eligible for refund), your session credit will be restored to your pass balance automatically. credits are non-transferable and subject to the expiration terms in the pass expiration section below.
open run spots are not transferable to another athlete. you may not give your reserved spot to another person. unauthorized spot transfers will be treated as a no-show for the original booking.
rescheduling an open run
to reschedule an open run spot, both steps below are required. partial completion does not guarantee your spot in the new run.
step 1 — portal
cancel your current reservation through the client portal at least 3 hours before the run start time. this restores your pass credit if applicable.
step 2 — email
email atlashoops702@gmail.com with subject line “open run reschedule — [your name] — [original date]” and specify your preferred new run date. availability is not guaranteed. a new reservation must be completed through the portal once a slot is confirmed.
reschedule within 3 hours
reschedule requests made less than 3 hours before the run start time incur a $15 rescheduling fee. the same two-step process applies. the session credit will be restored minus the $15 fee.

pass expiration & credits
all open run passes — including 3-run, 5-run, 10-run, and unlimited — are subject to the following expiration terms. expiration applies to the pass balance as a whole and to any individual session credits restored through the cancellation process.
3-run pass
expires 90 days from date of purchase. unused sessions at expiration are forfeited without refund or credit.
5-run pass
expires 120 days from date of purchase. unused sessions at expiration are forfeited without refund or credit.
10-run pass
expires 12 months from date of purchase. unused sessions at expiration are forfeited without refund or credit.
unlimited pass
valid for the calendar month of purchase only. expires at 11:59 PM on the last day of that month. does not roll over to the following month under any circumstance.
restored credits
session credits restored through a valid cancellation carry the same expiration date as the original pass. a cancellation does not reset or extend the pass expiration.
no extensions
expiration dates are not extended for inactivity, illness, scheduling conflicts, or personal circumstance. atlas hoops may grant a one-time extension of up to 30 days for verified medical emergencies at its sole discretion. extension requests must be submitted in writing to atlashoops702@gmail.com before the pass expires — expired passes cannot be reinstated.
non-transferable
passes and credits may only be used by the account holder to whom the pass was issued. passes may not be sold, gifted, shared, or transferred to another person under any circumstance.
forfeiture on suspension
if an account is suspended or permanently banned for any policy violation, remaining pass balance and session credits are forfeited without refund.
pass expiration dates and remaining session counts are visible in the client portal. atlas hoops is not responsible for losses resulting from an expired pass that was not used before its expiration date.

court rental policy
court rentals apply to the ube side (half court), taro side (half court), and halo-halo full court, as well as birthday parties and private events booked through the reservation system. because court slots are held exclusively for the renter and cannot be offered to other customers once booked, this policy is strictly enforced.

rescheduling court rentals
each court rental booking may be rescheduled one time only. a second reschedule request on the same original booking will not be granted — it will be treated as a cancellation subject to the refund schedule above. rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.
48+ hours out — no fee
reschedule requests made at least 48 hours before the original start time are permitted at no charge, subject to availability. complete both the portal change and email confirmation before the 48-hour mark.
24–47 hours out — $50 fee
reschedule requests made between 24 and 47 hours before start time are permitted with a $50 rescheduling fee, subject to availability. the fee is charged to the payment method on file before the reschedule is confirmed.
within 24 hours — not permitted
reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time will not be accepted. the booking is treated as a cancellation within 24 hours — no refund is issued.
30-day rescheduling window
all rescheduled sessions must be booked and completed within 30 calendar days of the original booking date. rescheduled credits that are not used within 30 days are forfeited without further compensation.
additional rental conditions
capacity limits
renters may not exceed the number of participants authorized at the time of booking without prior written approval. unauthorized overcapacity is grounds for immediate session termination without refund.
property damage
renters are financially liable for any damage to the facility, equipment, or courts caused by the renter or their guests. atlas hoops will invoice for the full cost of repair or replacement, due within 14 days of invoice.
outside trainers
outside trainers, coaches, or instructors may not conduct paid sessions in the facility without prior written authorization from atlas hoops management. unauthorized trainer activity is grounds for immediate session termination without refund, plus an unauthorized use fee equal to the applicable atlas hoops training rate.
session end time
all rental sessions end at their contracted time. overtime use is billed at the standard hourly rate rounded up to the nearest 30-minute increment, charged to the payment method on file.
inconvenience fee
a $50 inconvenience fee may be assessed for leaving the facility requiring extraordinary cleanup, equipment reset, or restoration beyond normal use.

player development services
player development services include private training, small group training, bridge clinics, and any other fee-based individual or small-group session with an atlas hoops trainer.

reschedule requests made less than 3 hours before session start time incur a $25 rescheduling fee, charged to the payment method on file.
no-show
failure to appear at a scheduled session without prior cancellation is non-refundable. the session is forfeited. repeated no-shows may result in suspension of future bookings.
missed sessions are not guaranteed make-ups. atlas hoops may offer a reschedule credit at its sole discretion in the case of a verified emergency, but this is not a guaranteed right and is not transferable.

atlas basketball academy (aba)
the atlas basketball academy operates on a monthly subscription model billed through stripe. enrollment in the aba constitutes agreement to these billing and cancellation terms in addition to the general terms of service.
billing & cancellation
billing cycle
aba subscriptions are billed monthly on the date of original enrollment. the billing date is set at the time of signup and may be adjusted by atlas hoops management with advance notice.
cancellation deadline
to avoid being charged for the following month, written cancellation must be submitted to
[email protected] by the
25th of the current month. cancellations received after the 25th will result in one final billing cycle.
missed sessions
missed sessions within a billing period are not credited, refunded, or made up. the monthly fee covers program access and curriculum delivery, not per-session attendance.
mid-month cancellation
mid-month cancellations do not result in a prorated refund for the current billing period. access continues through the end of the paid month.
pausing enrollment
enrollment pauses of up to 30 days may be available at the discretion of atlas hoops management. pause requests must be submitted in writing. billing may continue during unapproved pause periods.
removal from program
atlas hoops reserves the right to remove an athlete from the aba program for failure to comply with facility rules, consistent disruptive behavior, or other conduct inconsistent with the program environment. no refund will be issued for the current billing period in such cases.

rescheduling rules
reschedules are permitted within the deadlines and fee structures described in each service section above. the following general rules apply to all reschedule requests across all services.
two steps required
all reschedule requests require both (1) a change through the client portal and (2) an email confirmation to
[email protected]. the portal timestamp governs eligibility. an email alone or a portal change alone does not constitute a valid reschedule request.
one reschedule per booking
each original booking may be rescheduled one time only. a second reschedule request on the same booking will not be granted and will instead be treated as a cancellation subject to the applicable refund schedule for that service.
availability not guaranteed
rescheduling is subject to availability at all times. atlas hoops does not guarantee an alternative slot at or near the same time as the original booking. submitting a reschedule request does not hold a slot — a new reservation must be completed through the portal once a date is confirmed.
30-day use window
all rescheduled sessions must be booked and completed within 30 calendar days of the original booking date, regardless of service type. credits not applied within 30 days are forfeited without further compensation.
court rental exception
court rental reschedules within 24 hours of the original start time are not permitted under any circumstance and will be treated as a cancellation with no refund. see the court rental section for the full reschedule fee schedule.
07a
birthday parties & private events
birthday parties and private events at atlas hoops operate on a deposit-plus-remaining-balance structure. the following terms apply in addition to the court rental cancellation schedule.
deposit requirement
a non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a birthday party or private event booking. the deposit amount is specified at the time of booking. payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of this policy in full.
deposit — non-refundable
the deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance. the deposit compensates atlas hoops for blocking the slot, turning away other potential renters, and beginning event preparation.
remaining balance — cancellation
if the event is canceled at least 72 hours before the start time, the remaining balance (total booking cost minus the deposit) will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. cancellations within 72 hours of start time forfeit the full amount, including any remaining balance already paid.
remaining balance — due date
the remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours before the event start time. failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking without refund of the deposit.
rescheduling
birthday parties and private events may be rescheduled one time at no additional fee if the request is made at least 72 hours before the original event start time. the deposit transfers to the rescheduled date. rescheduled events must occur within 60 days of the original booking date, subject to availability.
atlas hoops cancellation
if atlas hoops cancels a confirmed birthday party or private event, a full refund — including the deposit — will be issued within 5–10 business days, or a full credit toward a rescheduled event at the client’s choice.
07b
camps & clinics
this section applies to all atlas hoops camps, clinics, multi-day training intensives, and any other time-limited programming offered as a single registration event rather than an ongoing subscription or per-session booking.
all sales final
camp and clinic registrations are non-refundable once purchased, unless otherwise explicitly stated in the specific camp registration materials at the time of purchase. the non-refundable nature of camp registrations reflects the planning, staffing, and supply costs committed in advance of the event.
limited exception window
atlas hoops may, at its sole discretion, offer a credit (not a refund) toward a future atlas hoops program if a written cancellation request is submitted at least 14 days before the camp or clinic start date and is accompanied by documentation of a verified medical emergency or other extraordinary circumstance. credits do not expire for a period of 6 months from the original camp start date.
missed sessions
missed individual days or sessions within a multi-day camp are not credited, refunded, or made up. the registration fee covers the full program regardless of how many sessions are attended.
atlas hoops cancellation
if atlas hoops cancels a camp or clinic prior to its start date, all registered participants will receive a full refund within 5–10 business days or a full credit at their choice. if atlas hoops cancels individual sessions within an ongoing camp, those sessions will be rescheduled or the value of the missed session will be credited to participant accounts.
removal from camp
atlas hoops reserves the right to remove a participant from a camp or clinic for conduct inconsistent with the code of conduct, at any time and without prior warning. no refund or credit will be issued for removal due to conduct violations.
07d
same-day bookings
a same-day booking is any reservation made within 3 hours of the session start time (for open runs and player development) or within 24 hours of the rental start time (for court rentals). by completing a same-day booking, participant explicitly acknowledges and agrees to the following.
immediate forfeiture window
because the session start time is already within the no-refund cancellation window at the moment of purchase, same-day bookings for open runs and player development sessions are non-refundable immediately upon confirmation. participant is booking with full knowledge that no refund window exists for this transaction.
court rentals within 24 hours
court rental bookings made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable immediately upon confirmation. rescheduling is not permitted within 24 hours of start. participant accepts these terms at the moment of booking.
no grace period
there is no post-purchase grace period or cooling-off period for same-day bookings. the standard cancellation refund windows do not apply where the booking is made within those windows.
acknowledgment at checkout
the atlas hoops booking system displays the applicable cancellation policy at checkout. completing a same-day booking constitutes affirmative acknowledgment that participant has read and accepted the no-refund terms for that specific transaction.

tardiness policy
all sessions — open runs, court rentals, and player development — begin and end at their scheduled times. tardiness by any participant does not extend the session duration and does not qualify for a credit, refund, or make-up.
open runs
athletes who arrive after a run has begun are permitted to join at the discretion of the on-site coordinator, subject to available space and game flow. no refund is issued for missed game time due to late arrival.
court rentals
court rental time begins at the scheduled start regardless of arrival time. unused rental time due to late arrival is not refunded or credited.
player development
training sessions begin at the scheduled time. athletes who arrive late will receive the remaining session time only. no partial refund or credit is issued for late arrivals.

owner-initiated cancellations
atlas hoops reserves the right to cancel any reservation at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cancellations due to facility issues, staffing emergencies, weather, or safety concerns.
full refund guaranteed
if atlas hoops cancels a reservation, the affected booking will receive a full refund regardless of timing, or a full session credit at the athlete’s choice.
notification
atlas hoops will make reasonable efforts to notify affected athletes as early as possible via the contact information on file. atlas hoops is not liable for indirect costs (transportation, childcare, etc.) resulting from an owner-initiated cancellation.
reschedule option
where possible, atlas hoops will offer an alternative time slot for any session canceled by management. acceptance of the alternative slot is at the athlete’s discretion.

force majeure
atlas hoops is not liable for failure to perform or delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, power outages, government-mandated closures, public health emergencies, acts of god, civil unrest, or facility access restrictions imposed by the building owner or local authorities.
in force majeure events, atlas hoops will issue full session credits for any affected reservations. cash refunds in force majeure situations are at the sole discretion of atlas hoops management.

chargebacks & payment disputes
by completing a reservation or purchase, you agree to resolve any billing disputes directly with atlas hoops before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution or credit card provider.
unauthorized chargebacks
initiating a chargeback for a charge that is consistent with this policy — including charges for late cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling fees — constitutes a breach of these terms and will result in permanent suspension of your atlas hoops account and all associated bookings without refund.
debt recovery
atlas hoops reserves the right to pursue recovery of disputed amounts through all available legal means, including third-party collections and small claims proceedings in clark county, nevada.
