SPECIAL NOTE: If the RESCHEDULE is less than 24 hours before the appointment, you will be charged a $40 LATE NOTIFICATION FEE.
CANCELLATION POLICY
FULL- AND HALF-COURT RESERVATION CANCELLATION:
FULL REFUND = > or equal to 48 hours HALF REFUND = 25 – 47 HOURS NO REFUND = < or equal to 24 hours
EXAMPLE: LaMelo Ballar reserves half court for 3:00 PM, Friday, 8/24/10 and decides to cancel at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, 8/22/10. Lamelo Ballar will receive FULL REFUND (48 hours prior to reservation).
PLEASE NOTE: Reservation(s) may be canceled at the Owner’s Discretion. If the owner CANCELS at their discretion, FULL REFUND will be PROVIDED.
Post Reservation: If the facility is reserved and unused, NO REFUND for the facility rental fee will be issued.
AAU/CLUB TEAM RENTAL CANCELLATION:
If CANCELLATION is less than 24 hours before reservation, the AAU/Club Team will be charged a LATE CANCELLATION FEE of $50 per scheduled hour of rental.
EXAMPLE: LaMelo Ballar HoopStars rents for two hours and cancels less than 24 hours, they will be charged $100 ($50 x 2 hours).
BASKETBALL, PERFORMANCE TRAINING AND/OR PHYSICAL THERAPY APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION:
FULL REFUND = > or equal to 48 hours HALF REFUND = 25 – 47 HOURS NO REFUND = < or equal to 24 hours
*IF THE ATHLETE IS PARTICIPATING IN ONE OF OUR PACKAGES AND THE ATHLETE DOES NOT CONTACT US TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE, THEIR SESSION WILL COUNT AGAINST THEIR OVERALL SESSION COUNT.
EXAMPLE: LaMelo Ballar purchased a 8 package session. He forgets to notify ATLAS Hoops about inability to show up to scheduled session. LaMelo Ballar will now have 7 sessions remaining.
