the extra pass
the ball moves faster than anyone can run.
deliver it on time and on target.
move without it. swing it one more time.
take the easy bucket that the movement made — every possession, all month.
until full-month registration closes — sun oct 4, 11:59 pm pt, or when the thirty spots are gone. whichever comes first.
full-month registration open · very limited space

swing it. finish it.
both sessions of a week share one pillar,
& the week’s homework drills carry it home.
on time, on target

move without it

the extra pass
catch and decide in half a second. swing it, skip it, drive and kick. pass up the good shot for the great one.
easy buckets

the extra pass turns good into great. this goes to the athlete who gave up the good shot for the great one, every single night, and made the whole lab play that way. and this is just the start.
the breakthrough award
for the athlete who grew the most. the floor moved under them this month and they kept up. and this is just the start.
triple double award
scored, rebounded, and made everyone around them better. and this is just the start.
the connector
took what we taught that night and used it in live competition an hour later. and this is just the start.
completion certificate
you finished the phase. every session, every rep. and this is just the start.
only single-month registration and membership athletes are eligible for the awards above.

parents ask
not answered here? text us, same day.
is this a one-off, or does it keep going?
it keeps going. october is one month-long evolution phase inside a year-round system — a written curriculum, two coached sessions a week, graded homework, and awards on the last night. november picks up where the river parade ends.
when does registration close?
sunday, october 4 at 11:59 pm pacific, or the moment the thirty full-month spots are gone — whichever comes first. the first session is the next evening, so there is no late window.
my athlete is new. which lab?
placement is by skill, not age. the age ranges are a guide. tell us when you enroll and the coaches place them on night one; a $25 drop-in before october is the fastest way to be sure.
is the gym open on columbus day, october 12?
yes — session 3 runs as scheduled. if your school calendar is off that day, doors are still 5:15.
what is the homework lab?
eleven solo drills that drop between sessions — a ball, a hoop, a wall, a chair. your athlete films each one at home, uploads it to their homework folder, and a coach grades it out of 100. every drill is worth up to 10 leaderboard points. full-month athletes only.
what if we miss a session?
up to two make-ups per phase with advance notice. no notice, no make-up. the homework lab carries every drill, so a missed night does not mean a missed week.
what does a day pass include?
four sessions on one weeknight, $20 each, with full lab placement. the wednesday pass includes the river parade. day passes train in the gym and do not include the homework lab, the leaderboard or award eligibility.
