before you book
know the rules
players under 18 must have a signed waiver from a parent or guardian on file before stepping on the court. waivers can be submitted via the client portal.
outside trainers are welcome. trainers are required to complete our check-in and waiver process before working on the court. only the trainers listed on our basketball training page are affiliated with atlas hoops.
same-day reservations must be made at least 2 hours before the desired start time. for last-minute availability, text 702-948-8937 directly.
cancel or reschedule via the client portal up to 3 hours before your start time. late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
want the same slot every week? text us to set up a recurring hold. weekly regulars get priority access and early booking windows.
atlas hoops is a private, controlled environment. guests are responsible for their group. misconduct or damage may result in removal without refund.
facility & media policy

two policies that apply to every booking. by completing checkout, you agree to both.
01 · facility use
basketball activities only.
atlas hoops is a dedicated basketball facility. our courts, equipment, and space are reserved exclusively for basketball-related activities — open runs, training, games, drills, clinics, tournaments, and basketball-focused events.
any activity outside the scope of basketball is strictly prohibited. this includes (but is not limited to) birthday parties, social gatherings, dance events, non-basketball fitness classes, photoshoots, music videos, commercial filming, and any other use not directly tied to the sport of basketball.
renting our space for non-basketball use: if you are interested in using atlas hoops for purposes outside of basketball, prior written authorization from atlas hoops, llc is required. you must provide a certificate of insurance (coi) meeting these minimums:
- commercial general liability (cgl) insurance with minimum limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate
- atlas hoops, llc named as additional insured on the policy, clearly reflected on the coi
- the coi must be submitted no less than 7 days prior to the proposed event date
- higher-risk events may require additional coverage at our discretion — including liquor liability, special event insurance, or excess / umbrella liability
atlas hoops, llc reserves the right to deny any non-basketball use request and to terminate any booking found to be in violation of this policy at any time, without notice and without refund.
02 · media & content
commercial media requires written consent.
any company, brand, agency, creator, or individual capturing or producing media at atlas hoops for financial benefit — without prior written consent from atlas hoops, llc, its partners, associates, and community — is in direct violation of our facility policy.
commercial or monetized media includes (but is not limited to):
- branded photo or video shoots
- sponsored content tied to products, apparel, services, or campaigns
- music videos, podcasts, livestreams, or documentary production
- influencer content connected to paid partnerships
- any content monetized through advertising, sponsorship, or sale
- any media featuring atlas hoops, its facility, members, staff, or community for the financial benefit of an outside party
to request media authorization, contact atlas hoops, llc in writing prior to your visit. approved media partners may be required to provide proof of production / media liability insurance (with atlas hoops, llc named as additional insured) and execute a written media and likeness usage agreement.
this policy does not affect personal, non-commercial content captured by members during their session — including standard “every run filmed” footage provided by atlas hoops.

atlas hoops isn’t a public gym. there’s no front desk walk-in window. once you book, your confirmation email has everything — entrance photo, suite directions, what to bring, and who to contact.
