no. the posted rate is what you pay. speaker, lighting, balls, towels — included; no setup or cleaning fees. the one surcharge to know: on full-court deposit bookings (the checkout default), the remaining-balance invoice carries a 3% card surcharge. check "i want to pay full amount" at checkout and there's no surcharge.

a $25 non-refundable deposit confirms every halo-halo full-court reservation (half courts have no deposit — paid in full at checkout). the deposit is the default on the payment screen; check "i want to pay full amount" there to pay everything up front instead. on the deposit path, the balance is invoiced — with a 3% card surcharge — and due within 3 days of booking, or 24 hours before start, whichever comes first. refund tiers apply above the $25. full terms on the halo-halo page and the cancellation policy.

one step, through any one of three channels — the client portal, a text to 702-948-8937, or an email to atlashoops702@gmail.com. you do not need to follow one up with another. phone calls and dms aren't accepted, because neither leaves a timestamp — and the timestamp on your request is what sets your refund tier, even if we action it the next morning. rescheduling: free 48+ hours out · $50 fee 24–47 hours out · not permitted inside 24 hours, where it is treated as a cancellation with no refund. one reschedule per booking, subject to availability, and the new date must fall within 30 days of the original. on full court, your $25 deposit carries over — it is never charged twice. picked the wrong day or time? that's not a reschedule: text or email us within 60 minutes of purchase and we correct it free, subject to availability. don't cancel it yourself — cancelling forfeits the correction window.

court rentals do not follow the open run rule — the windows are longer, because a booked court is off the market for everyone else. measured from your scheduled start time: 72+ hours out — 100% of the balance, back to the original payment method in 5–10 business days · 24–71 hours out — 50% of the balance · inside 24 hours — no refund. no-show is no refund plus a $50 fee on the account. one catch worth knowing before you book late: a rental purchased less than 72 hours before start is never eligible for the 100% tier — that window has already closed at checkout. on halo-halo the percentages apply to the balance only; the $25 deposit is never returned on a customer cancellation. if we cancel, you get everything back including the deposit, or a full credit — your choice. full policy →

no — a rental is court time only. want coaching? book a training session instead; those already include the court. outside trainers are welcome with our check-in + waiver.

a parent or guardian signs a waiver before any minor plays, via the client portal. minors must be supervised at all times.

yes — email us with subject line "RECURRING RENTALS" (link pre-fills the form: full name, phone, purpose of court use, days & times, team/event insurance). please use the exact subject line — requests without it may be missed. weekly regulars get priority.

birthday parties are paused until october 1, 2026 — other basketball events are bookable, text us to plan ahead.
