your half of the floor and its hoop, an ATLAS staff member on site for your entire reservation, QR check-in and waivers handled at the door, restrooms, and free parking out front. the floor is yours alone: no one walks through, no shared baskets.

no. a court rental is court time — hoops only. no food, no cake, no decorations, no setup area, nothing taped to the floor or the pads. the court is priced and staffed for basketball, and it turns over to the next reservation right after yours.

want the cake, the tables, the speaker and the whole gym to yourselves? that is a different product — birthdays & private events. same floor, built for it, staffed for it, priced for it.

booking a court and running a party on it anyway ends the reservation on the spot, with no refund.

basketball only — unless you clear it with us in writing first. text 702-948-8937 before you book and tell us the sport, the headcount and the equipment you want to bring.

clearance is not a favour we can do over text in five minutes. every non-basketball booking needs all three of these, with no exceptions:

1. our clearance for that specific sport, confirmed by us in writing.
2. sports liability insurance written for that specific sport, in the name of whoever is renting, with ATLAS Hoops LLC named as an additional insured.
3. the insurer’s additional-insured endorsement page sent to us at least 72 hours before your date — a certificate of insurance on its own is not enough, and the day of your booking is too late.

miss any one of the three and the floor is basketball only. show up and run another sport anyway and we stop it — the booking is over and there is no refund.

start early. insurance takes days, not minutes.

yes — for basketball. ATLAS Hoops carries liability insurance covering basketball use of this floor. that coverage does not extend to any other sport: for anything else you carry the policy yourself and we have to be named on it — see “can we play a sport other than basketball?” above.

separately, everyone who plays signs the athlete waiver and accepts the general liability agreement when you book. those are agreements you sign, they are separate from our coverage, and they stay in force either way.

vegas summer: we run evaporative cooling, not refrigerated AC. the floor stays 75–85°F. hydrate — october through april it’s perfect.

up to 12 people on this floor at a time. overall gym capacity is 55 people, per clark county fire code — that is the ceiling for everyone in the building, not just your group.

the TV scoreboard is a full-court feature — it is not available on a half court. if you want it, book the full court (halo-halo) and add it there; it comes with an ATLAS scorekeeper running it.

yes — email us with subject line “RECURRING RENTALS” (the link pre-fills the form). please use the exact subject line — requests without it may be missed.

not unless you book it. ATLAS Hoops films “the loop” open runs — the green, purple, blue, pink, yellow, red, and orange lines — and nothing else automatically. if you did not register for one of those ATLAS open runs, no ATLAS camera is on you. half-court, full-court, and birthday-party rentals are filmed only when the renter books filming.
want yours filmed? it is a paid add-on, priced by booking length and arranged by text at least 48 hours ahead — see videography add-on above, and the loop clips for what the clips look like. filming it yourself instead? bring your own camera — always fine, no fee.
