One day a week.
real development.
4 Showtime sessions over the June phase — attending Mondays only or Wednesdays only. Built for athletes whose schedule can’t fit the full 8-session track, without sacrificing the system.
A real training plan, half the time commitment.
Showtime is June’s evolution phase at Atlas Basketball Academy — fast-break basketball inspired by the pass-first 80s Lake Show, running 8 sessions every Monday and Wednesday at 5:30 pm. But not every family can commit two weeknights. The 4-session pack lets your athlete attend one day per week for the full phase and still get coached through the same curriculum, the same labs, and the same standard.
Every session follows the same arc: warm-up → block training → constraint-led drills → competition → conclusion. Coach Adrian runs the Rookie Lab (ages 7–9). Coach Jaire runs the Rotation Lab (ages 10–14). Placement is by skill, not age — your athlete works at the level they’re ready for. The whole phase is designed by Dr. Julian Penaranda, a Doctor of Physical Therapy, so athletes build skill and protect growing bodies.
Who the 4-pack is built for.
Ideal for
- Families with only one weeknight free for sports
- Athletes balancing another sport or activity on the alternate day
- Parents who want to commit before going all-in on monthly
- Kids who travel mid-phase and need a partial-month option
- Siblings who split nights between activities
Consider full phase if
- Your athlete wants maximum reps + skill development
- They’re chasing the Showtime MVP or The Dime award
- You want them doing the daily homework drills (full-phase only)
- They thrive on routine and consistency two days a week
