atlas basketball academy is a monthly evolution phase — 8 sessions every monday and wednesday at 5:30 pm. but we know not every family can commit two days a week. the 4-session pack lets athletes attend one day per week for the full phase and still get coached through the same curriculum, the same labs, and the same standard.
every session follows the same structure: warm-up → block training → constraint-led drills → competition → conclusion. coach adrian runs the rookie lab (ages 7–9). coach jaire runs the rotation lab (ages 10–14). placement is by skill, not age — your athlete works at the level they’re ready for.
