we run our own programming 8:00am – 2:30pm, so this window protects our athletes and your experience.

birthday parties are only available from the months of october through may.
please note that our facility does not have regulated warehouse-style temperature control, so guests should be prepared for variable indoor conditions.

this protects the court and keeps everyone safe.

3 hours: $230 (minimum for events)
4 hours: $300
5 hours: $360
all times must include set-up & clean-up.
this is private use of the entire court.

deposit is refunded if:
- no damage occurs
- no excessive mess is left behind
- no overtime beyond your reserved block

how payment works
you will make two payments:
1. $200 refundable security & reservation-hold deposit – paid through website
- holds your date & time
2. remaining court rental balance* – paid through invoice (via email)
- due 72 hours before your scheduled event

incomplete invoices without communication may result in cancellation and/or loss of deposit.

we run tight schedules to ensure every family gets a smooth experience.
example 3-hour block:
- 3:00 – 3:30pm: setup
- 3:30 – 5:30pm: party / games
- 5:30 – 6:00pm: cleanup

this deposit:
– holds your date & time
– is refunded after your event if there is no damage, big mess, or extra time used

we will email you an invoice for the remaining balance*

once both payments are made, your party is fully confirmed

- guests under 18 must have a parent or host complete the form for them
- check-in is done by scanning our qr code at the front desk

how many guests can we bring?
our max capacity for guests is 50 people.
can we bring decorations?
yes. all decorations must be removed during your cleanup window.
is seating available?
there is a designated area for food and seating.
what happens if we go over time?
additional charges may apply and may be deducted from your deposit.
is parking available?
yes. free parking is available in front of the facility.
please do not park in front of any other businesses’ garages.
can we bring outside entertainment?
outside equipment or large items require prior approval.
