what we host
we host birthday parties, team parties, and private basketball events in our full-court facility.
this is perfect for:
- birthdays
- team celebrations
- school groups
- family events
- private tournaments
- basketball-focused parties

when parties are available
parties & events are hosted after 3:00pm on weekends only.
we run our own programming 8:00am – 2:30pm, so this window protects our athletes and your experience.

event requirements
to protect the space and your experience:
- 3-hour minimum rental
- $200 refundable security & reservation-hold deposit required
- reservation is not secured until deposit is received
this ensures:
- smooth scheduling for everyone
- clean transitions
- protected equipment
halo-halo full court rates
1 hour: $85
2 hours: $160
3 hours: $230 (minimum for events)
4 hours: $300
all times must include set-up & clean-up.
this is private use of the entire court.
no shared space. no interruptions.
how payment works
you will receive two invoices by email:
invoice 1 — $200 refundable security & reservation-hold deposit
- due within 48 hours of invoice being sent
- holds your date & time
invoice 2 — remaining court rental balance
- due 48 hours before your scheduled event
important:
incomplete invoices without communication may result in cancellation and/or loss of deposit.
this keeps scheduling clean and fair for everyone.
sample event flow
we run a tight schedule. please plan accordingly.
example 3-hour block:
- 3:00 – 3:30pm: setup
- 3:30 – 5:30pm: party / games
- 5:30 – 6:00pm: cleanup
note:
guests and organizers are responsible for all food & drink cleanup.
food & drinks
food and drinks are welcome.
we ask that all food and drinks (except water) are kept in our black matted area on the east side of the gym (“ube side”).
this protects the court and keeps everyone safe.
music
we can:
- connect you to our bluetooth speaker, or
- play music through our system using your preferred playlist
your vibe. your party.
equipment included
your rental includes access to:
- wilson evolution & evo nxt basketballs (size 6 & 7)
- official fiba 3×3 wilson basketballs (by request)
- basketball racks
- cones for shooting contests or skill challenges

check-in & waivers
all guests are required to check in before entry.
- players, parents, spectators — everyone
- guests under 18 must have a parent or host complete the form for them
- check-in is done by scanning our qr code at the front desk
no waiver = no entry.
