Small, competitive Basketball Group (3-6 Athletes) Training to learn the fundamental skills and game situations necessary to enhance your level of play.
All participating ATHLETES are REQUIRED to fill out the General Liability Waiver Form.*

By participating in basketball training, failure of athlete(s) to fill out General Liability Waiver Form, due to non-compliance, amnesia, and/or negligence will result in the player:
1) Being requested to EXIT.
2) If the athlete(s) continues to play and/or becomes injured while playing, the renter accepts FULL RESPONSIBILITY for medical coverage and/or litigation of that athlete.
3) Absolutely NO REFUNDS.
