Water your game
Watch it grow.
Nine sessions on one home floor, modeled on the most storied arena in basketball. Every rep plants something — and your athlete walks out a different player.
This is what a session looks like
Ninety minutes, no standing around. Watch a night at the lab.
Not a camp.
The Garden is an evolution phase — four themed weeks of real development, not a drop-off week of scrimmages. Handle, vision, toughness, and finishing, built one session at a time and capped by a championship on our home floor.
Fifteen homework drills between sessions keep the work going at home, graded weekly and feeding a live leaderboard.
Built by a doctor of physical therapy
Designed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy — run on the floor by a deep bench of coaches who live the game.
Adrian Mercado
Emphasizing and reiterating movement skills.
Jaire Roberts
Specializing in game IQ. Las Vegas Aces court attendant and practice player.
KJ Johnson
Specializing in grit and defense.
Kwe Riddles
Basketball is music to his ears — our new, soft-spoken coach.
Founder, ATLAS Hoops
ATLAS was built on how young bodies actually move, load, and grow — not on drills copied off a whiteboard. Every phase is designed around what’s developmentally right for a 7 to 14 year old, so athletes get better without getting broken.
Where does your athlete train?
Rookie Lab
Every Knick great started raw. The 2018-19 Knicks leaned all the way into youth — and rookie Mitchell Robinson turned nonstop motor into a record-setting, rim-protecting debut. Rookie Lab builds that same base: footwork, handle, and effort locked in before anything flashy.

The 2012-13 Knicks won 54 games and the division by trusting the whole rotation — Melo leading the league in scoring, a Sixth Man of the Year off the bench, everyone spacing the floor and owning a role. Rotation Lab is built the same way: game IQ, versatility, and a job you handle when the game speeds up.
