How homework works.

Every athlete has their own Google Drive folder. Coaches grade within 24 hours. The same three rules apply across every phase — bookmark them, share them with your athlete, and the rest gets easy.

Watch the day's drill

Every drill has a video walkthrough with coach cues — usually 60–90 seconds. Watch it together if your athlete is in the Rookie Lab. Watch it solo if they're in Rotation. Hooping starts after the video, not before.

Record + name the file

Film one clean rep set from a stable angle. Phone-vertical is fine. Name the file using the standard convention: FirstName_HW## — for example, Marcus_HW07. Same naming for every athlete.

Drop in your folder

Upload to your athlete's Google Drive folder (Dropbox fallback available for non-Gmail families). Coaches grade within 24 hours. You'll get a text checkmark when it's been received and graded.
