these terms of service (“terms”) govern your use of the website located at www.atlashoops702.com (the “site”), and any services, programs, rentals, training sessions, camps, events, memberships, merchandise sales, media services, or related services provided by atlas hoops, llc, a nevada limited liability company (“atlas hoops,” “company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

by accessing this site or using our services, you agree to these terms.

if you do not agree, do not use the site or services.

1. eligibility

you must be at least 18 years old to use this site or book services independently.

if you are under 18:

• a parent or legal guardian must consent to and accept these terms on your behalf.
• all registrations for minors must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.

we reserve the right to refuse service at our sole discretion.

2. services provided

atlas hoops provides, but is not limited to:

• basketball court rentals (full and half court)
• private and group basketball training
• camps and clinics
• open runs
• tournaments
• strength and conditioning sessions
• merchandise sales
• special events
• media and recording services
• membership programs

we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

3. assumption of risk

participation in basketball, training, fitness activities, and athletic events involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• serious bodily injury
• permanent disability
• concussion
• illness
• death
• property damage

by participating in any atlas hoops activity, you voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown.

4. release of liability

to the fullest extent permitted by nevada law, you agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless atlas hoops, llc, its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, trainers, volunteers, affiliates, sponsors, landlords, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to:

• participation in activities
• use of facilities
• use of equipment
• negligence (except gross negligence or willful misconduct where prohibited by law)
• injuries sustained on premises
• third-party actions

this release applies whether injury occurs on or off premises in connection with company activities.

5. medical disclaimer

you affirm that:

• you are physically capable of participating.
• you have consulted a physician if necessary.
• you assume responsibility for your health and safety.

atlas hoops does not provide medical advice or supervision.

in case of emergency, you authorize atlas hoops to obtain emergency medical treatment at your expense.

6. code of conduct

users agree to:

• treat staff and participants respectfully.
• follow facility rules and trainer instructions.
• refrain from fighting, harassment, discrimination, or unsafe behavior.
• refrain from damaging property.

we reserve the right to remove, suspend, or permanently ban individuals without refund for violations.

7. payment and refund policy

all fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise stated.

unless explicitly stated:

• all sales are final.
• camps, clinics, and events are non-refundable.
• missed sessions are not guaranteed make-ups.
• membership fees are non-refundable.

atlas hoops may issue credits at its sole discretion.

chargebacks or payment disputes may result in permanent account suspension and legal recovery action.

8. memberships

if applicable:

• membership terms may be defined in a separate agreement.
• we may change pricing with notice.
• failure to comply with rules may result in termination without refund.

9. intellectual property

all content on the site, including:

• logos
• branding
• training materials
• camp names
• graphics
• videos
• photographs
• written content

are the exclusive property of atlas hoops, llc and are protected by intellectual property laws.

you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

10. media release

by entering our facility or participating in programs, you grant atlas hoops an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free license to:

• photograph
• record video
• record audio
• use likeness, image, and voice

for marketing, advertising, social media, educational, and promotional purposes.

you waive any right to inspect or approve content and waive compensation claims.

if you wish to opt out, written notice must be provided before participation.

11. website use

you agree not to:

• hack or attempt unauthorized access
• transmit malware
• use automated scraping tools
• impersonate others
• post unlawful content

we may terminate access for violations.

12. third-party services

we may use third-party booking systems, payment processors, and analytics platforms.

we are not responsible for third-party systems, outages, or data practices.

13. disclaimer of warranties

the site and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

we make no warranties, express or implied, including:

• merchantability

14. limitation of liability

to the fullest extent permitted by law:

total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to atlas hoops in the preceding 12 months.

• your negligence or misconduct
• claims brought by a minor you registered

16. governing law

these terms are governed by the laws of the state of nevada.

17. dispute resolution and arbitration

any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in clark county, nevada, in accordance with the rules of the american arbitration association.

you waive the right to:

• jury trial
• class action lawsuits
• consolidated proceedings

18. severability

if any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

19. modifications

we may update these terms at any time. continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
