1. 📄 LIABILITY & RISK

By purchasing and participating in any ATLAS Hoops open run pass (3-Run, 5-Run, 10-Run, or Unlimited), all participants agree to complete and electronically sign a Waiver of Liability and Assumption of Risk. This waiver covers potential injury, illness, or personal property loss.

– 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Minors (under 18) must have their waiver electronically signed by a parent or legal guardian before participating.
– 🚫 No waiver = no play.

2. 🏥 MEDICAL READINESS

ATLAS Hoops reserves the right to refuse participation if a player appears injured, unwell, or physically unfit to play.

– 🛑 The owner or designated staff has final authority to remove a player from the court if safety is a concern.
– 🧠 Players should report any physical concerns before check-in.

3. 🚨 CODE OF CONDUCT & ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY

We run a clean, competitive culture. ATLAS Hoops maintains a zero-tolerance policy for any behavior that threatens safety or respect on the court. You will be immediately ejected and forfeit your pass (no refund) for:

– 🥊 Fighting or aggressive physical contact.
– 🤬 Profanity, hate speech, harassment, or disrespect to staff.
– 💢 Repeated unsportsmanlike conduct.
– ⚠️ Any reckless behavior that puts others (or yourself) at risk

Zero-tolerance = no warnings. One strike, and you’re out.

4. 📸 MEDIA & MARKETING CONSENT

By participating in ATLAS Hoops sessions, you agree to allow your image, voice, and likeness to be recorded, photographed, and used for ATLAS Hoops marketing and content purposes across digital, social, and print platforms.

5. 📅 BOOKING, CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

✅ Reservations can be made up to 7 days in advance
📌 Players may hold a maximum of 2 active bookings at a time
🕒 Cancel within 12 hours = session counted as used
🚫 No-shows also forfeit that session
🔁 Repeat no-shows (2+ in a month) may result in temporary booking restriction

⚠️ These rules protect the schedule and keep sessions competitive and consistent for everyone.

6. 🎁 ATTENDANCE REWARDS

Show up. Lock in. Get rewarded.
🏆 If you attend all scheduled runs in a 30-day period with no no-shows or late cancels, you’ll earn a bonus guest pass to bring a friend — or save it for later. Loyalty gets buckets.

7. 🙅‍♂️ TRANSFERABILITY & ID VERIFICATION

🎟️ Your pass is for you only. No sharing, selling, or transfers.
🪪 Identity will be verified at your first check-in (photo ID or selfie).
🔒 Attempts to transfer or resell your pass = instant pass forfeiture with no refund.

8. ⏳ EXPIRATION, EXTENSIONS & REFUNDS

🗓️ Pass Expiration
+ 3-Run = 30 days
+ 5-Run = 45 days
+ 10-Run = 60 days
+ Unlimited = 30 days from activation
⛔ Passes cannot be paused or extended, except in case of verified medical injury.
💳 Refunds only for documented injuries.
💰 No cash refunds — store credit or replacement passes only

9. 🔁 RENEWALS & PAYMENTS (Unlimited Pass)

10. 🚧 GYM CLOSURES / FORCE MAJEURE

If ATLAS Hoops must cancel a run due to:
+ 🧹 Gym maintenance
+ ⚠️ Public health restrictions
+ 🏚️ Safety hazards
…your pass will be credited or extended appropriately.

11. 🛡️ INDEMNIFICATION

By participating, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ATLAS Hoops, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any liability or claim arising from your participation, including injury to others caused by your actions.
