ATLAS Hoops Community Guidelines

Welcome to ATLAS Hoops. By entering our facility or reserving court time, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully.

📝 General Liability Waiver (Required)

All participants must complete the ATLAS Hoops General Liability Waiver Form and check in upon arrival.

• No waiver, no play.
• If a participant fails to complete the waiver and continues to play or becomes injured, they assume full responsibility for any injury, medical care, or legal consequences.
• No refunds will be issued for failure to comply.

By participating in any activity at ATLAS Hoops (including open runs, rentals, training, camps, or physical therapy), you acknowledge the risks involved and voluntarily assume all responsibility for injuries or damages. You release ATLAS Hoops, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any claims related to your participation.

🛠️ Equipment & Facility Damage

• Wall Damage
  • Under 1 ft x 1 ft: $100
  • Over 1 ft x 1 ft: $200
• Equipment Damage
  • Market-value replacement cost

🏀 Hoop Height

Please note: All hoops are non-adjustable.

🌡️ Facility Temperature & Conditions

Summer (June–September):

Our facility uses evaporative coolers, which typically lower the temperature by 15–25°F from outside conditions. Temps inside may range from 78–88°F.
✅ Stay hydrated before, during, and after your session. Water and Gatorade are available for purchase.

Fall/Winter (October–February):

Indoor temps may range between 65–75°F. We use radiant heaters in key areas. Dry air and static shock may occur—use a towel when touching metal surfaces.

⏱️ Reservation Extensions

• 24+ hours in advance: Extensions may be requested with no additional fee.
• Same-day extensions: $55/hour surcharge for half-court rentals (if time allows).

🧑‍🏫 Trainers & Team Rentals

Basketball trainers and teams must carry their own liability insurance.

By reserving a court, you accept full responsibility for all athletes under your supervision, even if you lack insurance. This applies to:

• Private trainers
• Middle School, High School, College, Prep, AAU, or Club teams

❌ Cancellations

Cancellations may be made at the sole discretion of ATLAS Hoops. If we cancel, a full refund will be issued.

🕰️ After-Hours Reservations

Any reservation outside standard business hours will include an additional $15/hour surcharge:

• Full Court: $85/hour

📸 Branding, Promo, & Media Use

Full facility rental for photo shoots, video shoots, promotional, or branded media is $1,000/hour (exclusive use, office excluded).

To inquire or request media use, email atlashoops702@gmail.com with:

• Media deck
• List of production personnel
• Description of how ATLAS will be represented

⚠️ Unauthorized promotional use or commercial shoots without prior approval will result in cancellation and no refund.

🔒 Private Use Only

Court reservations are for the reserving party only.

• Reselling time or charging others for access is strictly prohibited.
• Violators will have their reservation canceled with no refund and may be permanently restricted from future bookings.

🏀 Half-Court Use is Limited To:

• Private Basketball Training
• Private Shoot-Around
• Private Open Run (3v3 or 4v4 only)
