While we understand that unexpected events may arise, full camp registration refunds will not be issued for missed sessions unless communicated in advance.

Description
BEBy participating in basketball training, failure of athlete(s) to fill out General Liability Waiver Form, due to non-compliance, amnesia, and/or negligence will result in the player:
1) Being requested to EXIT.
2) If the athlete(s) continues to play and/or becomes injured while playing, the renter accepts FULL RESPONSIBILITY for medical coverage and/or litigation of that athlete.
3) Absolutely NO REFUNDS.
