what to expect

once you book, you’re in.
your spot is secured
runs are capped at 15 players and last 2 full hours, so everyone plays meaningful minutes.
if you’re here, you’re hooping — no waiting.

not a beginners-level run
these runs are for players who understand spacing, pace, and competition.
if you’re new to basketball or just looking to mess around, this isn’t the right fit — and that’s intentional.

how games are played
runs follow clear rules to keep the game moving:
• 8-minute games or first to 21 (2s & 3s)
• 18-second shot clock

standards are enforced
this is a private gym with expectations.
players check-in using the qr code in our lobby and show up ready,
scoreboard can be found on our TV.
out of bounds are our walls.
call your own “fouls“.
respect the run.
the game stays clean, organized, and competitive.

overtime is real
close games get finished the right way:
• 1st ot: 2 minutes
• 2nd ot: 1 minute
• 3rd ot: sudden death
no shortcuts. the game gets settled.

you leave better
consistent reps in the right environment build confidence.
you don’t just run — you improve.
your session is recorded, so you leave with video clips to review and take the work with you.

steady, organized runs to start the week.

purple line — 12-2pm, tuesday
focused runs with clean flow.

blue line — 7-9pm, wednesday
midweek reps. controlled pace.

pink line — 12-2pm, thursday
high-energy runs heading into the weekend.

yellow line — times vary, friday
fast-paced, competitive runs.

red line — 12-pm, saturday
peak energy. highest demand.

orange line — 12-2pm, sunday
reset runs. smart basketball.
